Chef Carvel Gould, Canoe

On one of our last stops of the Ridin’ Dirty, Atlanta Wine Pairing Challenge, I made a goof trying get some better light  to take shots of their Chef Gould’s quail dish at Canoe, and it ended up looking a little deconstructed. At least I got a great laugh out of her. We’ve had a great time with all of Atlanta’s chefs and wine directors, and Chef Gould actually turned the tables and asked us a lot of questions on why we were doing this whole thing. Can’t wait for the video…
