My favorite cheftestant Richard Blais did not win Top Chef last night, but had a great run and made it to the finals. He’s got a lot of fans (especially judging from the 650 hits on my photo blog in the past 24 hrs!) and I’m sure he’ll continue to turn out great food, liquid nitrogen in tow
