SO glad this man is back in Atlanta. I took a trip with some fellow foodies over to Home Restaurant & Bar Wednesday night where chef Richard Blais (and Top Chef contender) now holds court. The food was amazing and didn’t disappoint. Oysters with frozen tapioca pearls. Silken corn soup with shrimp toast. Shrimp & Grits with tender Georgia Shrimp. A homemade moon pie & cardamom ice cream. What else could a foodie want?
